Return/Exchange Policy
At Mommesilk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your new purchase, we understand that there may be occasions when a return or exchange is necessary. In such cases, we are more than happy to assist you.

② Sleepwear & Clothing within 30 Days from the delivery date
③ None Above(Bedding except from ①, and accessories) within 60 Days from the delivery date
Standard Returns
Return Conditions
Please check and confirm your size before purchasing. If you have a quality issue to report, please be aware not to destroy the secure buckle attached to the clothes tag! It is only available for exchange or return when it's not removed.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We do not accept returned items sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
We do not accept packages returned using the C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the product you ordered for another size, color, or style, please return the item(s) within the available return validity, and we will process the exchange as soon as we receive the item.

Exceptions
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Items On Clearance
- Used Products (pajamas/accessories/comforters/bedding)
- Silk Face Mask/Coverings
- Customized Items
- Gift Wrap Boxes
- Gift Cards/Free Gifts
- Silk Detergent

*If you cannot print out the RMA form, as an alternative option, please attach a piece of paper inside the return parcel with your order information (your order number and email address are mandatory), your requirements for return or exchange, and other comments.
Responsibility
  • Return shipping cost
    Generally, customers should be responsible for the shipping cost of any returning items. We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Defective Product
    If you have a quality issue to report, you can contact our customer care team within 5 business days of receiving your product here and we will assist you with the return and refund process.
  • Returned items refund?
    Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. Please ensure they are packed properly to avoid any damage in transit.
    As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives, be sure to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake. If we can locate the items and you'd like them returned to your side, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
  • Refund amount
    Should there be any dispute on the refunding amount, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice.
    We are not responsible for refunding any tax or duty charged by the customs border office.
