These are a perfect introduction to men’s silk pajamas! They’re definitely not cheap, but you get what you pay for. That said, some companies mark their prices up so much that, even if you can afford it, it feels ridiculous to spend that kind of money on pajamas. I spent a lot of time online looking through tons of options for my husband because I was particular about a few things: no piping/trim (he thinks that looks too much like my pajamas), an adjustable waist, and a length that wasn’t too long (getting silk hemmed is crazy expensive, so pay attention to inseam measurements).
These fit perfectly—just slightly above his ankles (he’s 5’11”). They’re not form-fitting, so they still look masculine. I also got him a fuzzy robe to go with this set, and he says he feels like royalty when he’s lounging or in bed.
I’ve already washed them and recommend using a garment bag, washing on a gentle/delicate cycle, and then hanging them to dry. They wrinkle like crazy after washing, so I suggest using a steamer while they’re still damp. It took about 48 hours for them to fully air dry after the steam.
